Tutoring.co.uk is the UK's main on-line and off-line source of tutoring services. We are small enough to care for individual requirements and not large enough to be hounding our clients with telesales staff. We only employ a small workforce and our aim is to provide the best in service. Tutoring.co.uk is a great venture which seeks to minimalise the cost of advertising and other services for the tutors and agencies in the UK. This advertising is more effective as it is seen by a targeted audience only. We market ourselves in many educational sites and directly to schools as well in the newspapers which makes this a great way to advertise. Our main aim is to provide a larger directory of every town and region name tutors by continually assisting tutors and agencies in a whole host of services from accounting, marketing and internet promotion. Part of phase 2 will be to establish a source for after school tuition groups in schools and further education colleges. This will aid parents in their choice of clubs available at the school. There are many other developments which we will be supporting to provide parents and students better availability and quality of tutors in their area as well as low cost or free services to our UK personal tutors. We are particularly very keen to help with the start up of businesses where support is essential. Part of our phase 3 development we will use examinations.co.uk
as a charitable venture. We hope to provide free help and resources
to all students. As examinations can be very stressful, this will
become an important resource. We can provide the web design for
free, but we need people to compile resources, write articles and,
of course, a list of companies that are happy to provide a minimum
of £200 p.a. to sponsor the site. All funds raised will be a direct
payment to Childline, The Woodland Trust or Sustrans (supporting
